hProvidence Academy Volleyball Program Head Steph Remley has been invited to coach with USA Volleyball High Performance training programs this summer. USA Volleyball High Performance program is a national pipeline to the podium for future Olympians. The mission of High Performance is to identify, train and develop elite athletes and coaches to build a sustainable pipeline program for volleyball athletes who aspire to reach the elite level of their sport.

High Performance coaches are evaluated, selected and trained by USA Volleyball in a process similar to High Performance athletes. High Performance coaches are trained in the USA Volleyball National Team Training Model and are teaching the techniques and systems utilized by our U.S. National and Olympic Teams led by head coaches Karch Kiraly and John Speraw.

Coach Remley has been invited as an apprentice coach to assist with the A3 Youth Program being held in Illinois this July. The USA Girls A3 National Training Program is a high-level training program available to high- potential volleyball players as an opportunity to advance in the National Team Pipeline.

“I am excited for the opportunity to work with USAV and learn from experienced coaches in our sport while expanding my knowledge of the game. I’m most excited to bring these techniques and strategies back to our Providence Academy program to develop our own pipeline of athletes from our middle school program, up to our Varsity team.”

PA Athletic Director Rick Johns states, “I am very happy for and proud of Coach Remley. This is in fact is merely the next step in her professional development. Selecting the right person for the right job is the largest part of our hiring process and I believe this accomplishment supports what an outstanding hire Steph was.”
